Yogurt soup


Ingredients:
2tbs flour
15tbs yogurt
half of medium onion
1/2 cup rice
1 cup ground beef
1 tbs parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tbs melted butter or vegetable oil
1,5 liter boiled water
First we need to mix ground beef with black pepper and make little balls. Chop the onion and roast with butter. Then put a flour and a yogurt into the pot and mix them until they boil. After that, add boiled water and mix about 3 minutes. Next, put rice and ground beef balls into pot about 20 min, and do not forget to mix the soup about two-three times during the cooking. In the end put chopped parsley,salt and roasted onion, mix about 1 minute.
