Rulet cake














Ingredients:
5 egss
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 teaspoon salt
200 ml cold milk or 150ml cold water
150g whipping cream powder
First we need to mix cold milk with whipping cream powder and put into a refrigerator. Then turn on oven to 400F. Mix eggs then add sugar mix. After we need to add baking soda(extinguished with 4-5 drops vinegar),little by little flour and salt mix well. Then pour it in greased tray, put into a oven and cook about 10-13 minutes. When Rulet is cooked then put it on the paper towel and grease with cream which you put in refrigerator( Rulet needs to be hot)and roll it.
