Baklava


Ingredients:
Phyllo Dough #4(454g)
walnut 500 gr
butter 200g
1/2 cu p vegetable oil
Sauce:
2+1/4 cup sugar
2+1/4 cup water
1/2 lemon juice
First, we need to boil water with sugar about 10 minutes, then add lemon juice and boil about 1 minute. After that let it get cold (it will be better if you put sauce in a refrigerator after it gets cold). Before you start to cook turn on an oven on to 330F.Then, let's start to putting into a tray 10 phyllo sheets and grease with melted butter (you need to use a half of butter). Then put 8 more sheets and again grease with butter. Then strew walnut.(as in the picture) After that put remaining sheets and cut in square shaped. Then, put grease(vegetable oil) on top of baklava and cook about 1 hour. When the baklava is ready wait 10 minutes then pour cold sauce.Now, your delicous baklava is ready.Enjoy it!!
