Baklava

Ingredients:
Phyllo Dough #4(454g)
walnut 500 gr
butter 200g
1/2 cu p vegetable oil
Sauce:
2+1/4 cup sugar
2+1/4 cup water
1/2 lemon juice
First, we need to boil water with sugar about 10 minutes, then add lemon juice and boil about 1 minute. After that let it get cold (it will be better if you put sauce in a refrigerator after it gets cold). Before you start to cook turn on an oven on to 330F.Then, let's start to putting into a tray 10 phyllo sheets and grease with melted butter (you need to use a half of butter). Then put 8 more sheets and again grease with butter. Then strew walnut.(as in the picture) After that put remaining sheets and cut in square shaped. Then, put grease(vegetable oil) on top of baklava and cook about 1 hour. When the baklava is ready wait 10 minutes then pour cold sauce.Now, your delicous baklava is ready.Enjoy it!!

Macaroni with ground beef

Ingredients:
Macaroni 400g(I used Penne Rigate)
200g ground beef
medium onion (chopped)
butter,sult,black pepper,1tbsp tomato paste
Put macaroni into boil water, add salt and 1tbsp vegetable oil.Macaroni boil until firm to the bite (stir frequently).In another pan roast ground beef and onion, add salt, black pepper, tomato paste. When macaroni is ready pour it's water and add prepared beef,2 tbsp butter and roast about 5 minutes.

Yalanci tavuk gogsu( Fake chicken breast)

Ingredients:
150g butter
1 cup flour
1,5 cup sugar
5g vanilla sugar
1 liter milk
First, we need to put butter into a pot and melt it(set your oven to medium). Then, add flour and mix about 1 minute. After that put other ingredients except vanilla, and mix about 9 minutes.Next, put vanilla and mix 1 minute. Then, pour your mixture into a bake dish(I used simple lines).You can decorate your tavuk gogsi with cinnamon(as shown in the picture). Now, your delicious dessert is ready. After it gets cold you may start to serving to your beloved ones.Enjoy!!

Shekerpare

Ingredients:
250ml melted butter
250ml sugar powder
1/3 cup semolina(farina)
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs yolk
2 cups flour
walnut 100 gr.
Juice:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/4 lemon juice

Put sugar and cold water into a pot, and boil the water and sugar about 15 minutes. Then, add lemon juice and boil 2 more minutes. After a while when it gets cold put into a refrigerator.
Next, we need to mix butter and sugar powder. Then add eggs yolk and mix them. After that add semolina, baking soda,and flour to make a dough. We need to cover a dough and wait about 15 minutes and divide your dough 22 into ball shaped small pieces. Then, put an aluminum foil into the tray and put your shekerpare(ball shaped small dough pieces). Last, put walnuts on top of each shekerpare and cook on 375F. Once you finished cooking your shekerpare then take them out from oven and pour your prepared juice. Enjoy!!!

Turkmen pilav

Ingredients:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
0,5 pound meat(I used chicken wings)
2 carrots
1,5 cup rice
1 medium onion
boiled water
salt

First, chop the meat then put a vegetable oil into a pot. Next, roast the meats. Then, put chopped onion and roast about 2 minutes. After that put chopped carrots and mix them and roast together about 2 minutes. Next, pour boiled water into a pot until it covers the carrots and add salt(1 tbs). Also, put rice into a different container and pour the boiled water into the rice until it covers the rice level and wait 3 minutes. Then, wash the rice with cold water and put into a pot. After that again pour the boiled water until it cover the rice about 1 inch and mix it until the water disappears. Next, get your oven to low and cover your pot with potcover, wait about 20 minutes. Then, mix pilav and again cover a pot about 20 minutes.Now your Turkmen pilav is ready to serve. Enjoy you meal!!!!

Rulet cake

Ingredients:
5 egss
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 teaspoon salt
200 ml cold milk or 150ml cold water
150g whipping cream powder
First we need to mix cold milk with whipping cream powder and put into a refrigerator. Then turn on oven to 400F. Mix eggs then add sugar mix. After we need to add baking soda(extinguished with 4-5 drops vinegar),little by little flour and salt mix well. Then pour it in greased tray, put into a oven and cook about 10-13 minutes. When Rulet is cooked then put it on the paper towel and grease with cream which you put in refrigerator( Rulet needs to be hot)and roll it.

Yogurt soup

Ingredients:
2tbs flour
15tbs yogurt
half of medium onion
1/2 cup rice
1 cup ground beef
1 tbs parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tbs melted butter or vegetable oil
1,5 liter boiled water
First we need to mix ground beef with black pepper and make little balls. Chop the onion and roast with butter. Then put a flour and a yogurt into the pot and mix them until they boil. After that, add boiled water and mix about 3 minutes. Next, put rice and ground beef balls into pot about 20 min, and do not forget to mix the soup about two-three times during the cooking. In the end put chopped parsley,salt and roasted onion, mix about 1 minute.

"Borek" -ground beef pie

Ingredients:
Sauce:
50ml olive oil
2/3cup milk
1/2cup water
2 egss
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mixture for inside the borek:
250g ground beef
1 midium onion
1tbs black pepper
1tbs salt
2 tomatoes
1 #4 Phyllo Dough(454g)
3tbs vegetable oil
First, we need to roast ground beef with onion about 10 minutes. Second, add tomatoes, black pepper, and salt.( Tips: It will be better if you peel tomatoes. Put tomatoes into the dish and pour boiling water. After 5 minutes you can easily peel tomatoes) Then, your borek's inside mixture should get cold. Next, mix all ingredients for sauce.Put on the tray aluminum foil and grease with vegetable oil. Then put two Phyllo sheets(like in the picture) on the tray and apply with sauce. We need to repeat this step for seven times. Next, we put inside(ground beef mixture) our borek (as shown in the picture)and again put two sheets and apply sauce. Do not forget to apply sauce right after every double sheets. After, all we put on the top remaining sauce.Finally, put borek in oven 350F and cook about 35-40 minutes.

"Revani" cake

Ingredients:
Revani's juice:
2cups sugar
2cups water
1/2 lemon's juice
Dough:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1 cup semolina
1 cup flour
5g vanilla
10g baking powder
1 tea cup vegetable oil(I used medium turkish tea cup)
Boil the water and sugar 15 minutes then add 1/2 lemon juice and boil 2 more minutes.After when it gets cold put in a refrigerator.
Before start to prepare your dough turn on oven on 350F.Mix eggs with mixer about 1 min., then add sugar and mix well. Then add another ingredients and mix. Pour it into a 12inch square baking dish, but before you pour grease (vegetable oil) your baking dish . Bake about 20-25 minutes and do not open a oven before 20 minutes.Right after the baking you may pour your prepared cold juice on your Revani.
