Round baklava

Ingredients:


 walnut crushed
 1 fillo dough
2 sticks of melted butter

For syrup

2+1/4 cups of sugar
2+1/4 cups of water
1/2 lemon juice


For syrup, combine sugar and water in a pan and let it boil. Then pour lemon juice and let it get cold. Place 2 sheets of phyllo dough on work surface, brush with butter and sprinkle 2 table spoon of walnut. Put 2 more sheets of dough over them and do this in the same way. So you will have 8 layers total and on every 2 sheets you brush with butter and sprinkle walnut.Starting from the edge, roll them up tightly and cut into pieces-1 inch long. Place the rolls on a greased pan and pour half cup of oil on it. Pre heat the oven 350. Bake it for 30 minutes when its color turn to golden brown color. After baked, baklava wait 10 minutes then pour cold syrup.
