Chicken legs



Ingredients:
4 chicken legs
2 potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
4 tomatoes (peeled)
2tbsp vegetable oil
salt,blackpepper,crushed red pepper
1tsp chopped garlic
1 lemon
First, we need to chop potato, carrot,onion,tomato, and mix them all together. Then, add salt, garlic,oil,blackpepper, red pepper, and mix them. Next, put chicken legs into the square baking dish and squeez lemon juice on top of each leg. Now, put mixed potato with other ingredients and cover with aluminium foil and cook on 380F about 1,5 hours.
