"Borek"spinach pie



Ingredients:

Sauce:
50ml olive oil
2/3cup milk
1/2cup water
2 egss
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mixture for inside the borek:
400g spinach
1 midium onion
1tbs black pepper
1 #4 Phyllo Dough(454g)
1 cup feta cheese


For the borek's mixture first we need to roast the onion about 10 minutes. Second, add spinach, black pepper, salt and roast about 10 minutes.Then, your borek's inside mixture should get cold. When it become a cold then put cheese and mix all of them for sauce. Afterwards, put aluminum foil into the tray and slightly grease with vegetable oil. Then put two Phyllo sheets(like in the picture) on the tray and apply with sauce. We need to repeat this step for seven times. Next, we need to put spinach mixture on to the top of prepared Phyllo sheets and again put two sheets and apply sauce. Do not forget to apply sauce right after every double sheet. After all, we may put remaining sauce on top of sheets. Finally, put your borek into the oven and set your temperature to 350F and cook about 35-40 minutes.
